-UI: Added flashing circles to indicate aircraft with request/conflict/emergency
-Mechanics: More realistic wind direction, visibility based on real-life data for offline weather
-Fix bug where information code changes even if the weather is the same
-Fix bug, crashes experienced by certain users during go-arounds
