-Simulation rate: Simulation rate can now be changed in the game settings: 1x, 2x, or 4x
-Help manual: Added a help manual on the main menu with more detailed descriptions of various game mechanics, airports
-Minor visual change for ILS glideslope rings; rings >= 4000 feet are now green in colour, while 2000/3000 feet rings remain cyan
-Bug fixes
