-Bug fixes
-More merciful scoring system: You now lose 5% of your score when a conflict happens and 1 point subsequently for every 5 seconds it remains in conflict
-Slightly changed how STAR speed restrictions work; planes only slow down after reaching the waypoint with the restrictions
