-AIRAC 1906 update
-Mechanics: Departures will now use a preferred runway for takeoff if more than 1 runway is available
-Mechanics: You can now change the runway configuration used as long as weather conditions permit (tailwind < 5 knots)
-Mechanics: Slightly reduced number of arrivals to control
-Other bug fixes
